Due to the problems of the existing equipment and in order for citizen to be better informed (transparency) about City Council meetings, the Municipality decided to buy and install a new system for meetings recording and live streaming.

The final cost was around 30.000 euros.

My role:

• Arguing in favor of the new system
• Project management
• Authoring of the technical requirements and budget document
• Cooperating with the vendor, ensuring the successful installation and setup
