The lack of structured cabling at the City Hall leads to various problems like some users having difficulties accessing the network, reduced performance, administrative difficulties etc. Also, increasing demand for wireless access, transfer of electronic documents, the need for improving network connection between the buildings that host the Municipal Services etc. require an upgrade to the existing infrastructure.

My role:

• Arguing in favor of the project
• Authoring a technical requirements and budget document for the project (procurement and installation), having a total cost around 10.000 euros
• Cooperating with the Municipal Services, in order to find funding

The procurement procedures haven’t been completed yet.
