Installation of an HR System for the employees of the Municipality

The project included:
- Procurement of the software (employees attendance, leave of absence, payroll)
- Procurement of the equipment (attendance tracking, network etc.)
- Installation of attendance tracking equipment at six remote buildings
- Software installation
- Setup of software and hardware
The specific project had important peculiarities, especially as far as attendance tracking was concerned, because of factors like organizational culture and the need for organizational changes.
My role:
- Project management
- Participation in the procurement procedure (authoring the procurement documents etc.)
- Installation and setup of the system, in cooperation with Municipal employees and employees of the vendors
- Suggestions to the Mayor about how this project can help in increasing employees productivity
