Apart from the citizen requests platform, another platform was deployed, so the citizens and companies can pay their debts to the Municipality via the internet.

My role:

• Arguing in favor of the project
• Project management
• Evaluation of the solution proposed
• Authoring the technical requirements and budget document for the equipment needed
• Cooperation with the software vendor and the Municipal Services for installing and setting up the platform
• Promotion of the new system via the internet
• User support
