Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020).

My role:

• Project management
• Exploring the possibilities of the participation of the Municipality
• Communication with stakeholders
• Cooperation with an academic team from the University of Greenwich (oral and written communication, trip to Kalymnos, City council meeting to discuss details of the cooperation)
• Meeting with stakeholders for formulation of proposals

Due to cooperation issues, in the end no proposals were submitted by our Municipality.
