A web application was recently deployed at the Municipality of Kalymnos, in order for the citizens to be able to submit their requests (potholes, garbage etc.) via the internet.

My role:

• Arguing in favor of the system
• Project management
• Evaluation of the solution proposed
• Authoring
  the technical requirements and budget document for the equipment and software needed
• Cooperating with the software vendor and the Municipal services, to install and setup the platform
• Promotion of the new system via the internet
• User support

The next step is deploying a mobile version of the platform.
